NEW YEAR 2016 FAB BODY BOOT CAMP

Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. This exhilarating All-Female Boot Camp will focus on (1) fat burning through a cardio regimen (2) toning through a resistance training program and (3) flexibility through a stretching routine. Come sweat with NIKE trainer, Deanna Jefferson!
