Food Safety Training & Certification, May 3, 2016

The Wisconsin Department of Health has mandated that at least one person in each food establishment must be certified as a Food Safety Manager. As of January 1, 2015, all re-certifications of Food Safety Managers must include eight hours of instruction and a proctored test. In the past, it entailed a 4 hour refresher course and no exam.
