How Utah Implemented "Housing First" and Reduced Homelessness

The Women’s Fund of Shasta Regional Community Foundation will host a forum on solutions to homelessness. The event will focus on the State of Utah’s strategy that has solved chronic homelessness while saving millions of taxpayers’ dollars. The forum is a collaboration between TWF, the Record Searchlight and the Shasta Community Health Center.
