Community Hospitals at a Crossroads: A Conversation to Foster a Sustainable Community Health System

The Health Policy Commission will convene a community forum to discuss challenges and opportunities for transformation of community hospitals across the Commonwealth, informed by the findings from its publication, Community Hospitals at a Crossroads. The forum will inform the development of an action plan for the Commonwealth later in 2016.
