To educate Insurance agents and brokers how the Medi-Cal System works, and how they may be able to help seniors and people with disabilities qualify for non-MAGI Medi-Cal programs. This will include meeting the share of cost, disabled people working but earning at a much lower income bracket, and those eligible for the Medi-Cal Waiver Programs.
