Breathe, Move, & Be Well Yoga

This 6-week program focuses on the science of regulating breathing patterns paired with mindful movement. Each class includes an educational component and time to practice the concepts presented. It is a good fit for beginners or those with physical limitations who haven't felt comfortable in a yoga studio setting. (NOTE: no class on 7/5)
