Gather at 3:15 with solar advocates on the west steps of the Capitol! Then speak at a public hearing to let the PUC know: 1. Rates should encourage conservation and solar 2. Customers need freedom to choose solar energy on homes without paying punitive charges 3. The future of energy in Colorado should be determined democratically
