Bring your mat and a $10 donation, for the Humane Society of Charles County, to Southern Maryland Aikido Center (across the street from the Humane Society at 70 Industrial Park Drive, 1B) for YogAdoptables! This unique yoga class features free-roaming, adoptable kittens and an hour long yoga class. No yoga experience is necessary.
