Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is required in advance of the conference. From the time you register FLHCC incurs costs as we confirm the venues, order catering, and prepare materials. Once you submit your registration you (and/or your organization) are liable for the entire conference fee. We understand plans change. We will not give refunds, but will allow you to substitute an attendee. Please contact Lisa Hain at lisa@flhcc.org for directions.
