(Wed. 3/29, 11-5, inc lunch) In this workshop, we will explore current models of adolescent development, w/ a specific focus on brain development, and explore how this period of plasticity and dynamic change influences individuals’ early experiences related to romantic and sexual behavior. (Wed. 3/29, 10-6, inc lunch) AccessMatters’ AskableAdults Matter Training-of-Trainers prepares professional educators to implement our AskableAdults Matter workshop, aimed at teaching youth-serving professionals how to talk to youth about sexual and reproductive health and refer them for appropriate health services. Participants in this TOT will receive a facilitator’s guide and a sample resource kit for conducting the AskableAdults Matter workshop in their community.
