National Patient Advocate Foundation Fall Policy Consortium

The focus of the Policy Consortium is “Using Real World Patient-Driven Data to Drive Person-Centered Care". The consortium will present data that highlight patient perspectives from various disease areas. In addition, panels will be devoted to the following topics: Value and Quality, Consumerism in Healthcare and Person-Centered Learning Systems.
