Fifth-Graders: Do the Bill of Rights Rap!

Fifth-graders from throughout Oklahoma are invited to learn the Bill of Rights Rap and perform it at their school at 10 a.m. (or as their schedule allows) on Friday, Sept. 16, to celebrate Constitution Day.
