It's a Small World: The Life Within Us

Cells are what you’re made of—from foreigners in your gut to relicts of bacteria that invaded your ancient ancestors and today make your life possible.  Cell biologist John Kloetzel, Ph.D., explains how problems in any of these can cause serious human diseases, and how the sources of some of these problems are found in our everyday environment.
