Lean Management in the Fast Lane MFG Day 2016

MassMEP and a race team crew from the Ken Bouchard “Drive to Victory Lane” School. Attendees will be assigned to a “Race Car Pit Crew” and will work on an actual race car -teaming to solve problems, create standard work, and understand how metrics & measurements sustain continuous improvement.
