The adoption of IBC 2015 as part of significant changes to the ninth edition of the MA State Building Code in early 2017 means concurrent adoption of updated wind and flood design provisions of ASCE-7-10 (Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures) and ASCE 24-14 (Flood Resistant Design and Construction).
