Human Rights Day Award & Celebration

Join the Human Rights Commission on December 10th to honor Dr. Joyce McNickles as the 2016 Eleanor Hawley Human Rights awardee. Breakfast and award ceremony at 10am. There are many things to celebrate in the Heart of the Commonwealth, and much work to do to ensure that it is truly a heart that beats for us all equally.
