Beyond the Binary: Exploring Gender Identity & Sexuality in Independent Schools

NAIS provides guidelines for creating & sustaining inclusive, equitable practice, yet many are grappling with how to best apply these to issues of gender & sexuality in schools. This workshop will explore the role of gender & sexuality in PreK-12 with a focus on integrating developmentally appropriate practice with salient pedagogical principles.
