New Landlord and Small Rental Property Owners Seminar

This workshop is designed for new/potential new owners of rental properties with 8 or less units. It includes an overview of the Rent Ordinance, and information on a variety of topics like resolving habitability issues, managing longer-term tenancies, how to raise rents, putting together a lease, and utilizing Rent Board services.
