Live Streaming Event - Food Literacy Course Lecture featuring Dr. Ricardo Salvador

This semester, the U-M Detroit Center is partnering with LSA's Sustainable Food Systems Initiative to live stream select lectures of its "Food Literacy for All" course. The first lecture will feature Ricardo Salvador, Director, Food & Environment Program, Union of Concerned Scientists. Refreshments and complimentary parking will be provided.
