Everyone with Diabetes Counts - Diabetes Empowerment Education Program Peer Educator Training
Join our three day training on March 22 - 24, 2017 to become a Peer Educator for the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP), part of Everyone with Diabetes Counts, at no cost to you. This 20 hour training will prepare you to deliver an evidence-based, diabetes education curriculum to seniors in your community.
