Meditation Class

Meditation Class: Discuss and learn meditation techniques. This is a "drop in" class. If you can make it on any Sunday, please come. We will have a discussion followed by a mediation. We will try out different techniques and styles. Please bring a meditation cushion or other "equipment" for mediation, as chairs are limited.
