ARCA's 60th Anniversary Professional Conference

The American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA) invites your participation in our 60th Anniversary Professional Conference, on September 1417, 2017, at the Caribe Royale Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The theme this year is "Advocacy, Counseling, Training, and Research for Individuals with Disabilities."

  • YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE includes up to 15 or 17 hours of continuing education and materials, continuing education certificate(s) processing, lunches and morning/afternoon beverage breaks on Sept. 15 and Sept. 16, a networking reception on Sept. 15 and a Legacy Reception on Sept. 16. NOTE: ONE REGISTRANT PER FORM. Carefully complete all the information requested below to ensure your accurate and complete registration. CONFERENCE RATES: Pre-Conference ONLY on Sept. 14; or our Conference Rate for Sept. 15-17 ONLY; or our All Inclusive Rate for the Pre-Conference AND Conference (Sept. 14 through Sept. 17). STUDENT REGISTRATION is for those enrolled in a program of study leading to a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

  • FULL PAYMENT must be made or registration will not be processed. There are no options for a payment plan.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS will be granted for requests postmarked after Friday, September 1, 2017. Registration cancellation and refund request must be made in writing. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for ARCA 60th Anniversary Conference and a $25 processing fee will be charged for ARCA's Pre-Conference registration refunds. Registration fees may be transferred to another person; however, pre-conference registrations cannot be transferred. To request a refund, please contact Vickie Leeming at arcaregistration@bex.net or call (419) 841-8889 (EST).
