ASCE Oregon Section Meeting

Please join us for our March 20th meeting and historic presentation by Mr. Raymond "Paul" Giroux, Dist. M. ASCE, on "Building Grand Coulee Dam". Mr. Giroux's presentation will focus on the construction of the largest concrete dam of its time in a remote location of eastern Washington during the Great Depression.
