Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

  • All costs exclude GST All sites are 3m x 3m with an exception of option 1a which is 3m x 2m Booths are Black Corinthian Booth with 2.4m high Velcro compatible walls and come with Fascia signage. Exhibitors will be contacted prior to the event to provide content for signage 1500 showbags will be distributed at the expo Pull-up banners to be provided by exhibiting organisation Show bag inserts to be provided by the exhibiting organisation

  • Those exhibitors, who have chosen option 1 and 1a, please bear in mind that you have registered for a space only. You are responsible for bringing in your own furniture and other materials **Very Important** It is a condition of registration that your organisation MUST PROVIDE to Catalyst Foundation, a current Certificate of Public Liability in the amount of not less than $20 million to ensure your eligibility to access the venue. Please email a copy to events@catalystfoundation.com.au no later than 30 days prior to the event Payment is required a minimum of 5 working days prior to the Expo. Non-payment will result in termination of the exhibiting space held for the Exhibitor. It is a condition of your exhibitor package that you agree to maintain your exhibition space open and resourced for the duration of the event (10am to 4:30pm). Failure to do so will incur a cost of 25% of the price of your exhibitor package. This amount shall be due and payable within 7 days of the date of the Expo.
