Level 2 Sushi Class- Monday May 22, 2017

Enhance you sushi skills in this level 2 class with sushi chef Kevin Trinh from Bamboo Sushi. Kevin will teach advanced sushi preparation and rolls including: Inari, Avocado nigiri, Press box, and Gunkan maki. Prior sushi rolling skills recommended. Class includes hands-on professional sushi rolling instruction, eat what you roll, and sake tasting.
