Chinese Flavors: Food Garnishing Workshop (Apr 14, 2017)

The workshop consists of a mini-lecture and hands-on practice. The mini-lecture introduces the history and major images of Chinese food garnishing. The hands-on practice will give you some easy-to-follow instructions about how to make a combination of tomato roses and zucchini leaves, so that you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
