BioTech 02: Recombinant DNA Methodology June 20-23, 2017
This lecture and laboratory course is designed to provide the novice with an introduction to the molecular biology of nucleic acids. An approach emphasizing both principles and methodology provides the scientist with the essential fundamentals needed for gene cloning and for an appreciation of the strategies of recombinant DNA technology.
