10 April - "Where the Wind Blew" Screening, Panel Discussion and Report Launch

“Where the Wind Blew” tells the story of how the Cold War super powers, in their race to acquire ever more deadly arsenals, spent forty years developing nuclear weapons at the expense of vulnerable populations in the name of national security. The screening will be held in conjunction with the launch of a special edition of The NPR.
