Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches a 5-step action plan to offer initial help to young people showing signs of a mental illness or in a crisis and connect them with the appropriate care. This is a two-day event, 4/27 from 5-8pm and 4/29 from 9-2pm. All 8-hours must be completed for certification. $10 deposit is refundable with attendance.

Photo Release Consent Form

  • I, the undersigned, give my permission to Alliance for Safe Kids Inc. (“ASK”) to use photographs, audio and video recordings and facsimile images of me, without compensation, for promotional activities, including but not limited to publicity literatures, newsletters, brochures and the ASK website. I further agree to hold ASK free and harmless from all claims arising from the use of said photographs, audio and video recordings, and facsimile images when used within the scope described above.
