Canning & Preserving August 2017 - Fermenting Vegetables

Learn the fundamentals of making sauerkrauts. It's a fun class to gain the knowledge, confidence and skills to make kraut. Samples of sauerkraut will be provided and you take home your own batch of Lemon-Dill with ingredients from the Farmers' Market. Plus a hands-on recipe using your kraut in a main dish. Price includes food and supplies.
