Join us to launch Theater of the Oppressed (TOTO). TOTO utilizes forum theater, where youth craft and perform skits dramatizing oppressive life situations. After the first performance, youth repeat the skit with one crucial difference—spectators become "spect-actors" and can yell "freeze!” and replace an actor to try to transform the outcome.
