Each July, Peoria Magazines hosts an intimate reception to honor "local legends" -- individuals who have had a lifetime of impact on the Peoria-area community. Our 2017 honorees include Dr. Stephen & Patti Bash, Royal Coulter, Ken Hinton, Norm Kelly and Joan Krupa.
