We invite you to join us as we honor 2017 Maritime Person of the Year, Gavin R. Black, Esq., Corporate Counsel for Moran Transportation Industries. We will also award our annual William J. Torpey Memorial Scholarship to Daniel Haun, Mass Maritime Academy and Peter Stempel, URI, Marine Affairs. We will also be celebrating National Maritime Day!
