Rapid Workout

For those ready for a short, but intense mid-day workout, Rapid Workout offers a combination of strength and aerobic training. This 30-35 minute weekly workout increases in intensity weekly. Participants will learn to create their own short but efficient workouts. Requirements: towel or mat; must be able to move quickly from lying to standing up.
