Learn how to grow and cook produce well suited for our climate. Growing edibles and learning a variety of cooking methods for maintaining flavour and nutrients. This class will cover growing and cooking greens, nightshade and brassica vegetables with hands-on recipe preparation. Participants will also take home their potted seed.
