Workshop-Fanciful Hats
Learn the basic principles of hat making in this fun and informative workshop. Kathleen Donnelly, a professor and costume designer at UW Oshkosh, will teach patterning and shaping and allow participants to construct and decorate a hat of their choosing. Cost is $50 for Paine Members and $60 for workshop participants. Limit 30 people.
