Strengthening Nonprofit Board Leadership, Governance and Accountability

A strong and effective partnership must exist between the board and the executive director to insure mission fulfillment, strategic achievements, and the implementation of accountability standards. This session is designed for board members and executive directors and is most effective when both attend together.
