Win a free 2017 Kia Soul at Fort Benning's annual Independence Celebration!

The 2017 Independence Celebration is June 24 on York Field. We will announce the winner of the Kia between 3-10pm. Active duty service members and their spouses are eligible to win. Must be present to win. Winner will pay all Federal, State and local taxes, tags, and title fees. MWR employees and family members are not eligible.
