Signal Timing Manual Review - Chapters 1-4 - July 19, 2017
The Signal Timing Manual, 2nd edition is now available, which expands the material covered in the original 2008 version. The STM is a useful reference for anyone involved with the design, operation and maintenance of traffic signals. This workshop will review chapters 1-4, covering signal timing programs, signal timing concepts and signal design.
