Ohio Person Centered Care Presents: Navigating the Future

We are excited to work with the Ohio Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to offer an intense opportunity for nursing facility leadership and staff to learn more about person-centered care. Sessions will include innovative initiatives to improve staff retention, person-centered choice such as dining, person-centered discharge planning.
