  • By completing this registration, you agree that no refunds will be issued. Event credit requests or attendee transfers must be received and confirmed no less than (10) business days prior to Day 1 of the Summit. If you would like to receive an event credit for a future event, please contact Marketing@Defenseleadershipforum.org.

  • Complimentary registration is available to Active Duty Military, Government Officials, and Credentialed News Media only. You are required to present a valid ID or credential card to the registration staff in order to receive complimentary access. Please email this information to Marketing@Defenseleadershipforum.org.

  • By completing this registration, you agree to be photographed/recorded at the Summit and agree that all photography/videos are the intellectual property of the Defense Leadership Forum.

  • Please note that your credit card payment is being processed by Ultimate Events, LLC, the events management firm for the Defense Leadership Forum.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Information

  • This Summit features Table-Top Exhibit Space Only. Exhibitors are placed inside and outside the General Session area. Exhibitors will have full day exposure to the Summit Attendees and Speakers while fully participating in the General Sessions. All Exhibiting companies are invited to attend the VIP Networking Reception on Day 1. Each exhibit space accommodates space approx. 8 ft. wide by 5-8 ft. deep. One table and chairs are provided. Floor banner stands and pop-up displays are permitted, however additional space for equipment or large floor backdrops over 8 ft. width must be approved by event staff prior to registration.

  • This is not a pipe and drape set up, no carpeting is needed. Limited access to electrical outlets will be available with the use of your own extension cords and depending on your exhibit location. Electrical, dedicated Internet, and other services may be ordered prior to the event. Exhibitor details will be available for download from the event page on our website or you may contact our staff directly to request a copy.

  • Standard Table-Top Exhibitor Registration includes 2 VIP Attendee Passes with access to the VIP Reception. Large Table-Top Exhibitor Registration includes 3 VIP Attendee Passes with access to the VIP Reception. A table and chairs will be provided with your Exhibitor Package. The Large Table-Top Exhibitor package will include additional space up to 10ft in width upon written request.

  • Your corporate logo will be featured in the Summit Materials. Email your logo and any changes to your registration to Kody Izumi at Kody.Izumi@Usdlf.org

  • As a Top Sponsor, you will be invited to attend the Leadership Roundtable Luncheon. This is a unique opportunity for you and other guests to have open conversation with select Summit Speakers and other special guests. This is an invite-only opportunity and seating is limited.
