Friendly Yoga for Tweens (ages 9-12): Wednesdays, 3:30-5:00, 9/20 through 10/25

Calling all tweens! Get ready to learn new yoga postures and and "flows," incorporating popular music, games, partner poses, and plenty of supportive social interaction. We'll also learn more about breath work and enjoyable relaxation techniques, including drawing, journaling, and creative visualization.
