ASCE Phoenix Branch September Luncheon - 27th Avenue Compost Facility at the RIC

This presentation will provide the background for and development of the City of Phoenix Public Works Department Resource Innovation Campus (RIC) at the 27th Avenue Landfill Complex. In addition, the presentation will highlight the first operational RIC project, the recently completed Compost Facility, and touch on other developments in the RIC.
