2017 Oakley Leadership Academy

The Academy is a free, interactive civic education program for Oakley residents interested in becoming better acquainted with the City's operations & processes. The purpose of the program is to provide perspective into the workings of Oakley, to develop civic leadership, & to build a stronger community through well informed & engaged residents.
