Team Registration Form

Please review and complete this form to register your school's team. Please be sure to complete information for all 4 team members and at least 1 alternate. Only principals or coaches can register a team. Limit 1 team per school. Incomplete registration forms will be rejected. Please see complete rules and FAQs for guidelines and any restrictions.
