CEQA Up in Smoke September Luncheon

This June Governor Jerry Brown signed SB 94 into law, effective immediately, creating a single regulatory scheme that addresses both medical and recreational cannabis. From a CEQA perspective, SB 94’s passage included a significant new CEQA exemption. The presentation will provide an overview from a legal and environmental consultant perspective.
