Heart Jewel. Empowering our Spiritual Practice

One of the heart practices of the Kadampa Buddhist tradition is called Heart Jewel. It is done at our Center every weekday at 5:15PM. Adrienne will guide two sessions of Heart Jewel practice, each one focusing on a different aspect, based on the teachings from Kadam Morten at the Northeast Dharma Celebration. Everyone is welcome.
