Bureau Blindness & Visual Services (BBVS) & Pennsylvania Council of Blind (PCB) Presents: 2nd Annual Vision Works Expo 2017. The purpose of expo: demonstrate the variety of assistive technology & low vision devices available. There will be a keynote, employer/consumer panels, employer informational sessions and networking.
