LDOE's Options for Resolution of Special Education Disputes

The presentation will examine the dispute resolution options for children with exceptionalities, and identify some of the most common/frequent dispute issues. Participants should be able to navigate through the dispute process better, specifically by using some of the less adversarial dispute resolution options.
