In this course, we'll move sequentially through the movements of Part 1 of the Yang-Style Long Form. Each class includes stretching and warm up exercises, qigong breathing, Taiji qigong, and the fundamental principles of Taiji. Students who enroll in this class may also attend the Tuesday 5:30pm Taiji for Beginners class for extra practice.
